5. International Adana Flavor Festival

The 5th International Adana Taste Festival, which was held between 8-9-10 October 2021 with the theme "Geography is Taste" and opened by our President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan by lighting the barbecue fire, hosted approximately 300 thousand visitors. The festival, which was widely covered in visual, written and online media, brought Adana's gastronomy to a wide audience.

Tens of thousands of flavor enthusiasts followed the festival, where the pulse of the world of gastronomy beat for three days, via the internet and social media. The 5th International Adana Taste Festival, which was talked about for days not only during the festival but also before and after the festival, made a significant contribution to Adana's recognition with the impact it left. 

The festival, which was embraced by everyone from A to Z, from 7 to 70 in Adana, also managed to enter the travel calendar of flavor enthusiasts. The 5th International Adana Taste Festival, which went down in history as Turkey's largest gastronomy event, was also the festival of firsts with the events organized this year.
